We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service without express written permission by us.

3. Products and Pricing

Certain products may be available exclusively online through the website. Due to the handcrafted nature of our 50% Extrait de Parfum custom fragrances, slight variations between batches may occur. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products, but we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

4. Return and Exchange Policy

By completing a purchase on our site, you agree to our Return and Exchange rules:

No Refunds: All sales are final. We do not offer refunds to the original payment method.
Exchanges: We gladly accept exchanges within [14 days] of delivery. To be eligible, items must be in their original packaging. Items cannot be fully used or emptied for an exchange to be approved.
Shipping Costs: Customers are completely responsible for all shipping fees associated with an exchange, including returning the original item and shipping the new replacement. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

5. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the email and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.

All content published and made available on our site is the property of Nomad Fragrance and the site's creators. This includes, but is not limited to, images, text, logos, bottle designs, documents, downloadable files and anything that contributes to the composition of our site.

In no case shall Nomad Fragrance, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, or suppliers be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service.
