Return & Exchange Policy

• No Refunds: All sales are final. We do not offer refunds to the original payment method.

• Exchanges: We gladly accept exchanges within [14 days] of delivery. To be eligible, items must be in their original packaging. Please note: items cannot be fully used or emptied for an exchange to be approved.

• Shipping Costs: Customers are completely responsible for all shipping fees associated with an exchange. This includes the cost to mail the original item back to us, as well as the shipping cost for the new replacement. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. (We highly recommend using a tracked shipping service).

• How to Exchange: Please email us at [sales@nomadfragrance.ca] with your order number to initiate an exchange. Do not return items without prior approval.
